Outlet box for ceiling fan?

Outlet box for ceiling fan?
I'm 90% sure I'm okay to mount a ceiling fan from this outlet but was hoping for confirmation. There is no label in the box saying it will support a fan so I wanted to make sure.

That looks like a standard 4" bar box. A standard box will use 8/32" screws while a box rated for fan duty will use 10-24 and sometimes larger.
Can you post a picture of the other side of the box ?
You may want to replace that with one of these.
