Ceiling fan / Light combo wiring problem

I replaced a working ceiling fan with attached light with a new fan and believe I replaced the wiring exactly as it was done before. The light and fan both work but when the fan is turned up to high speed the light turns off.

The fan and light are controlled by two wall switches. The fan switch has three speeds.

I don't think it changes the answer, but there are two identical fans running off one fan switch and one light switch. I replaced them both and one works fine.

The wiring is set up as follows:

Two white neutral wires from ceiling -> 1 White neutral wire from Fan
Black hot wire from fan -> black hot from ceiling
Blue hot wire from fan (light) -> black hot from ceiling
2 Green grounds from fan -> 1 bare ground from ceiling
A 2nd bare ground from ceiling was ignored.

Appreciate any advice...

Welcome to the forums.

I'm a little confused here.

You have two fans running off of a three speed fan control that was designed to work with one fan ?

All grounds within a box get connected together.

Yes, two fans are running off one three speed fan control. I assumed that was acceptable to run two fans off it as that is how it was setup originally.
