Training reflex light! Help

Reflex training lights diy Help
Hey guys my name is tim and i'm from the netherlands!
My uncle runs a martial arts gym and we have seen these training (reflext training ) light.

It sounds or it looks simple so i wonder if you guys could help me accomplish to make them.

What is it? It are individual lights with a sensor in it and when you go past(move your foot or hand over the light ) then they go off and another ligh goes on.
so they need to be connected and if you move by the sensor the light switches to another light and the one you swiped past goes off. Hope you guys understand what i am trying to make here! Would really really appreciate the help thanks in advance <3

Welcome to the forums.

I don't know what exactly you are looking for and google wasn't too helpful either.
Can you leave us a link to what you are looking for or maybe a picture.

Hey! Thanks for your response i'll leave you a link to a youtube video what looks almost like what i want to make.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FT1Fd8KkGNw

I want to make that, but then wireless and with a sensor so that you can put them on a dummy or thing like that. so when you strike it with your foot the sensor goes of and then another light goes on. Thanks in advance

Edit: I asked my uncle, they have a website. This is exactly what i am looking for to make on my own! Link: Fitlight.eu
