Flouresent Light Problem

Separated from: http://www.doityourself.com/forum/li...r-fixture.html

Hi Glenda,

what was the actual reason?
I have the same issue with my fluorescent fixtures. I want to replace them with another model that looks similar to this on the picture www.interior-deluxe.com/zip-contemporary-va... (much cheaper, of course). I also suspected poor grounding, but didn't find anything wrong with it...

Glenda hasn't been around since the thread you piggybacked on. We can't say for sure if a new fixture will fix the problem but trying a new one is a good start.
