Replacing Square Pushbutton Bathroom Switch

We have a condo built in the late 70s, early 80s.
The bathroom has a light/fan/heat lamp combo. The switch has four square pushbuttons and we would like to replace it. I cannot find any specs on the switch - looking for some assistance in replacing this %#*$& switch with a new one. ( switch is labeled GE ASP 4124-53). We opened it up to check out the wiring, but it is a bit jumbled and we can't really tell what's what.

Photo attached. ( photo coming up sideways)

Thanks

Remove the cover, leave the wires connected but pull it out. It almost looks like a low voltage control. Are your other switches line voltage?

So is this what it looks like:

That doesn't look like a standard switch box. Are you really in the U.S.?

Yes, we are in US. These were pretty common in 70s bathrooms. It is not low voltage, everything is line.

If that is a standard switch box check out Despart switches ,you can install 3 toggle switches on one yoke although they will be mounted horizontal.Despard Mounting strap,348 | by Legrand.

Here's a bit more info.
The switch likely was sold with the fan/light/heatlamp
If we number the switches 1234 from left to right, here are the functions
1- universal off
2- light
3- fan on high speed
4-- heat lamp and fan low speed. You can have switches 234 on separately or all at the same time.
The only way to turn switches 234 off once depressed is by depressing switch 1.

I would describe it as a "3-function switch with universal off"

Our concern is figuring out how to wire up a new 3 function switch. The brand and model of the fan are obscured and wiring diagram sticker is no longer readable.
