Recessed Light Acting Strange...
Good Evening All: We have seven recessed lights in out kitchen. They take 65w's. We went out to buy a few energy saving bulbs to start saving some $$$. After putting in two, one of them, one is shutting down without turning it completely off. The other night, the standard bulb that was in there was making a very light buzzing sound before it died. I am including a brief YT video showing the issue. It is the light in the upper right corner.

Is there a dimmer switch involved? I've tried CFL bulbs in older houses & they just don't work sometimes. In places where they do work, I don't think that they provide enough light. A 40W CFL is not as good as a 60W incandescent, IMO. I don't care what they say. An incandescent bulb is good enough for me.
