Can You Help Identify This Ceiling Fan?

Hello! I am trying to identify this ceiling fan. The wall control says "Emerson" but I cannot find this model on their website. It has three speeds and an upper and lower light, and is about seven years old. I purchased the home two years ago and do not have a manual. Presumably purchased here in Ontario, Canada. All I want to do is change the blade direction. There is no switch or pull chain on the unit as on my Monte Carlo fans, and I have tried the "spin the blades the direction you want and toggle the on/off" method unsuccessfully. A proper id would let me track the manual, or advice on how to actually change the direction would be great! Thanks in advance, Monica

 

Did you look for a name on the fan itself?

 

I would try to contact their customer service through the website,may be shoot them a pic.

Hi, yes i did. I can't find anything on the unit the way it stands. Perhaps the next step is to take some part of the outer cover off...?
