Can't remove bathroom light fixture!

We're doing a bathroom remodel. The light was supposed to be the easiest switch out. HA! We can't get the dumb thing off the wall! It had 2 screw on bolts, one on either side, took those off and figured we could pull it right off. No such luck. There is no other bolt or hex key to be found on it. I'm attaching a pic of the light, anyone have any ideas?

Quite possibly it is stuck to the wall with paint. Take a razor knife and score around it to release it.

Yes, lightly cut around the perimeter with a box cutter or other sharp knife. Then give the fixture a gentle tap to pop it free. Hold onto it and gently make sure it comes free all the way around. If the sheetrock paper starts to come off with the fixture cut it free so you don't end up having to repair the wall.

Agree, once those two small nuts were removed the fixture should be free.
