Question Flickering issue on a track light fixture with LED bulbs

I got a track light fixture (8 ft. rail) in the living room with a Leviton digital dimmer. It started acting weird. The digital dimmer would reset itself many times in a day (takes mins for the switch to come back online). I double checked the wires and they are active. I replaced with a new dimmer and problem still occurs. Is the problem with the fixture?

Question Flickering issue on a track rail light fixture with LED bulbs

If I put more than 3 LED bulbs on a 8 ft. track rail light fixture (old), then the new LED bulb would start flickering. What could be the problems?

Are you using a standard 120v type track or one of those flexible low voltage types ?

If it's the standard three pin 120v type then you may have a problem with the starter end.

Yeah, it is. However, I am not sure if it's related to the LED bulbs as I have this setup running fine for the last 3 years.

I think it's the standard track and using 3-wire head that looks like this:
Shop Portfolio White 3-Wire Connection Step Linear Track Lighting Head at Lowes.com

(I did not replace the track light rail after I moved in.)

Hopefully you followed this thread as I combined both of yours and moved them to the lighting forum.

If your track light system with incandescent bulbs in the fixture worked fine with the dimmer then you need to find a different dimmer for your LED replacement bulbs.
