Replacing track fixtures

I would like to replace cheap fixtures (Hampton Bay maybe) on rails dated 1998. Replacing the rails would entail a lot more work and cost than just replacing the fixtures. Can old rails be used with better fixtures?

That is a two wire fixture. Looks like it's the low voltage transformer type. Possibly Lightolier

Hampton Bay's match Halo and are three pin.

The heads presently have 75 watt 120 volt Halogen bulbs.

Lightolier gives me a great reference. I'll start by finding a retailer that sells the brand.

Thank you.
