How to LED retrofit this type of can? (pictures inside)

Hi,

I'm trying to update all of my cans to be LED, and install a bunch of new cans in the process, but when I opened up a few of the lights, I wasn't sure how to do it, since it doesn't have a socket to screw anything into, and there doesn't seem to be a connector that fits the LED light. Any ideas?

Also, whats the best place to find various types of LED retrofit lights? I've scoured Home Depot & Lowes, and a bunch of random sites and haven't found much to my liking (either it's too expensive, or they don't have it in 3000k or up)

That was an expensive fixture that was installed as it has a built in 12v transformer to run that MR-16 bulb. That will require a 12v LED MR-16 replacement.

Something like this..... PortaCell LED MR16 Spotlight 12V 4.8W (360 Lumen - 35 Watt Equivalent) Halogen Replacement Bulb 3000K Warm White - Led Household Light Bulbs - Amazon

A good site for lamp shopping.... 1000bulbs.com

Thanks for the quick response!

Does it even make sense to replace these with LED bulbs? How much energy do they consume?
