help with vanity light to outlet

I have an 8 light bathroom vanity light to be my major plant light so, how would I wire it to go to an outlet. it has 2 white 2 black and 1 green wire. I tried upload pictures but received an error message.

Welcome to the forums.

If your picture is from your phone it's too big.
The board limit is 50Kb although it will resize larger pictures automatically.

How to plan to use the light.... hang it over flowers ?
The fixture should come with a back plate that will be the back of the wiring plate. There should be a knockout for an electrical connector where you could use a connector and a three wire power cord. The two whites get combined as well as the two black wires.
