Table fan, sparks and smokes inside the coil

Hey, I have a problem that need you guys help. I replaced my table fan's capacitor because it rotating slowly, but after I replaced it there are sparks and smoke inside the motor coil. I turned off as soon as it started to spark. So what do you guys think? Thanks

Welcome to the forums.

I think you created a short when you changed the capacitor. Now you'll need to reopen the fan to inspect the damage and look for what is shorted.
