Replace 4" Recessed Light with 6" Recessed Light
I have four 4" recessed lights in a bedroom in my house. I want to replace them with 6" recessed lights. They are new work fixtures and there is not attic access. I've cut out the 6" hole around the 4" fixture and am trying to figure out how to get the old fixture out. Any ideas?

Please post and make and model off the can itself.
When high hats are installed before sheetrocking...... they have a bracket or brackets or a frame that spans joist to joist. Sometimes there is an easy way to remove them. With a manufacturer I can see the frame style.
I can't quite tell what it is from the picture. It may be an older Halo fixture.
