replacing motion sensor ground wire

The motion sensor has a green wire and the sensor light box has a copper ground wire attached to the wall box and the cover. I attached the green wire to the screw with the copper wire on the cover.
Is this all right? or should I attach the green to the wall box screw?
Thanks for a prompt response.

All the of the grounds need to be spliced together. Only one wire under a screw head.

The new sensor is installed, but it is not allowing me to set the on-time to auto? same as the one I replaced... I followed the instructions carefully, the test phase works, but when I switch it to auto (1minute) the lights stay on. There is a manual switch which I turned on and off but light still stays on. Should that indicate the light-fixture piece is not working properly? I did not think I needed to replace the whole fixture.
Help!!!
