Problem with dimmer fan/light switch

I have a new ceiling fan with a light kit installed. There is a single switch that controls the on/off for both, and above it is a dimmer lever. There are dimmable LED bulbs in the light fixture.

Whenever there is power going to the fan, it buzzes a bit. The buzzing is quiet when the lights are on full power, but when they are dimmed, it is quite loud. Are the bulbs the problem? Should I replace them with incandescents? Should I replace the switch with a dual fan-light switch? If so, how do I do that?

A fan motor should never be connected to a dimmer.
Should I replace the switch with a dual fan-light switch?
Yes.
If so, how do I do that?
Either replace the existing cable between fan and light with 3-conductor or 4-comductor cable depending on where power comes in or replace the dimmer with a standard switch and add a universal remote.
