Installing new ceiling fan (wiring help needed)

I installed a fan that is not compatible with a dimmer switch. I need to replace the right switch in the attached image. As it shows, each switch has two red wires and one black. The black from each switch are all wired together with the two black wires from the box. The red wires are then connected to seperate blue wires. I am thinking the black is hot (common) and the two red from each switch are travelers but could use some help. Thanks in advance.Name: image.jpg

So there is a second, standard (non-dimmer) switch that also controls this circuit? If so then yes, the two blues are travelers. On the replacement 3-way switch you would wire the black wire to the black terminal on the new switch and the two blues to either of the other two terminals.

That is exactly the case... Do I keep all the black wires together?

No same one. Switch works fine just has to be installed with the top down

Switch do not have a top or bottom. Does the switch turn the fan on and off? Is it marked with an off position? if so is it off in the off position?

Are these 3-way switches? That is are there another set of switches in a different location that also control the fan?
