Help with finding GU24 ballast replacement

Hi...One of the ballasts in a fixture is not working properly. I am trying to replace it, however I cannot locate one that looks the same as what is there now. It is a Rhine RB-FLC13 that has been discontinued. Although a number of sites say they have replacements, none have the pin configuration shown in the picture. It's supposed to be a GU24, but this one is not.

Does anyone know what this is and where I can find a replacement?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm wondering if you bought one of the ones on ebay with the leads if you could swap out the guts, connecting the wires internally to the pins. My guess is the electronics are the same between the two versions with only the connections being different. Have you tried disassembling the one you have?

I haven't tried to disassemble it yet and that's a good idea. It looks fairly easy to take apart. There are a number of substitutions that could probably provide the internals.

Disassembly didn't work out too well. It looks like I'm back where I started. I'll find out how to contact Rhine to see if they have any ideas.

When I search on rb-flc13 ballast I see them for sale. You just need that part?

Thanks geo8rge...yes, but two versions were made, one with the standard GU24, which are the one's online, and the other with the configuration shown in the picture which I can't find.

ebay seller lightingguru123 seems to have had one at one time. Maybe they can help.

*ЕЙН RB FLC13 13Watt БАЛЛАСТ G24q 1 ОСНОВАНИЕ | eBay

Contact the manufacturer or distributor.

If it is really worth the effort and perhaps danger, you might be able to connect a ballast with similar electrical properties to your lighting fixture by soldering wires or similar idea. You might be able to buy a ballast and socket and swap sockets.

Good luck.
