How to open this bathroom exhaust fan to replace light bulb

Anyone help me to open this exhaust fan to change light bulb. It can't pull down, turn, no screw.

Since it's a two piece cover.... I'd imagine the plastic lens needs to be removed first.
The lens may unsnap or turn slightly to separate from metal canopy.

Thanks Peter, the Lens unable turn or pull down, it attach solid. The base are caulked to ceiling.

If you can't get the lens to separate from the canopy then it must be a pull-down canopy. You'll have to carefully use a knife to score between the canopy and the caulk.
