2 switches, 1 outlet wired in same box

Hello, this is my first post. So last night I put in a new light in my new build, this was the last light fixture installed in my house. When I went to turn on the light with the switch that was already installed, it began turning on two different light fixtures, the new one I installed and a set of pot lights on my deck...in addition I noticed an outlet that feeds off this same wiring box only has power when this same switch is turned on.

I have 4 14/2 wires coming into the box, 1 for the deck lights, 1 for the other light, 1 power source and 1 wiring coming in from the outlet on the wall.

The electrician who wired everything connected all the grounds together and tied those into the ground in the box, so I know those are good. He then has all the white wires connected, all the blacks connected with two pigtails, one going to light switch #1 and one going to light switch #2. This seems like the correct configuration to me, but clearly something is not right.

Can someone detail how to fix this issue?

No, cables. Wires are individual conductors.

There should be two separate blacks not connected to any other blacks. These two go to the other side of the switches. They are the blacks of the two cables going to the lights.
