Not sure what you're asking.

For or against what ? ..... LED spot lights ?..... 12v ?
LED lighting is ideal for outdoor lighting. Lasts a long time and uses very little power.
LED spotlights do have their place.

Integrated, meaning the LED is part of the fixture, and one cannot exchange the bulb

So the whole fixture has to be replaced if just the bulb is the problem? I certainly wouldn't consider such a thing.

Oh... ok. I see what you're asking.

LED lamps have become pretty reliable. I wouldn't be opposed to buying a fixture with a non replaceable lamp. Most of the problems with low voltage lighting is the socket corrodes. If there was no socket.... that problem would be eliminated.

If you're looking into high end designer lighting..... those will probably have a replaceable lamp.
