Stair/brick light upgrade

I have two "stair lights" leading down to my driveway. The house and much of the electrical is from the 1950's including this light.

Any way, I want to upgrade to something brighter than what I have currently because you can hardly see the light even when all the bulbs are working. Also, it just doesn't look that nice.

The strange old internal fixtures are inside a double gang box which is laid into the brick retaining walls. The internet hasnt turned up any solutions but I'm probably not looking for the right thing. There is a louvred face plate and a gasket under the faceplate normally, its just removed in the picture

Does anyone know of a cost effective solution to this?

Welcome to the forums.

I recognize that fixture so I reoriented it the proper direction.
I have put my own custom LED lights inside of the existing fixture if the grill is in ok shape.

Other companies like Juno offer complete assemblies.

I would consider replacing the lights with LED lights. Make sure you get 120v LED's.
