Bath Fan Intermittent

I am rehabbing a condo in a ski area and living there during the remodel. In the master bath, the exhaust fan will run for around 10 minutes and then stop on its own. Attempts to re-start with the wall switch do nothing. After another 10 minutes or so, the fan works again. Is it the fan motor that is overheating or could it be the wall switch. I replace the wall switch before this started as the fan would not turn on at all. Jumping the old switch turned on the fan so I replaced the switch. As an aside, as I usually don't, I stabbed the wired in the back of the switch instead of attaching to the screws as that is how the old one was and I felt lazy. Thoughts?

I'd start by reconnecting the wires under the screws this time and see what happens.
Still messing up, you'll need need a real volt ohm meter to do some testing.

Sounds like the bearings are seizing up. You may be able to pull the motor out and give it a few drops of 3in1 oil.

I actually had a similar thing happen at my old house with the bathroom fan also. It would turn on and run but shut off itself. I know this may seem obvious and such but after taking off the cover and guards I cleaned the entire thing and also vacuumed it, and it never stopped after that.
