Central Exhaust Fan not working after reno

My Central Exhaust Fan stopped working and I am hoping you geniuses can help me out

I have 2 timer switches that work perfectly (turn the fan on as expected).

I also have a dehumidstat in the hallway which is supposed to detect the humidity levels in the house and turn the fan if the relative humidity is too high. This no longer works. I disconnected the dehumidstat and confirmed there is power, replaced, but same thing, does not turn fan on.

This all started after I had basement finished

confirmed there is power,
How did you confirm it? Does the humidistat have two or three wires not counting ground?
