Lights Flickering (main floor of house)
Some of my lights seem to have a flicker to them. I believe they are on the same circuit but I could be mistaken. What could be causing this and how can I correct the problem? One of my lights (outside porch light isn't working at all).

You need to verify they are on the same breaker by turning of your 15 amp single pole breakers off then back on till you find the correct breaker. Next you need to open the lights and any switches on the associated breaker and check for loose connections. Move any connections inserted into the back of a device to the screws.

Probably best to have an electrician to come in and do that. Most likely I'll screw it up and have my hair stand up and my heart restarted
