need help wiring additional lights and fan

Redoing our bathroom and i'm trying to figure out how to wire this.
I understand basic wiring(took a couple electrical wiring classes years ago)...I'm just not 100% sure on wiring this up. I'm attaching a picture of the current layout, and how we want it to go.

Trying to add an additional vanity light, and a light/fan combo above the bathtub. All being ran off of one 3 rocker switch.

Just to get it out of the way the receptacle(s) are on a separate breaker, correct?

One way would be to run a 4-conductor cable (black, red, blue, white) from the right hand vanity light, to middle vanity light, to the switch box. Blue would carry constant power to the switch box. Red and black switched power for the vanity lights. From the switch to the vent/light 3-conductor cable.

Plan B would be a 2-conductor cable from the right hand vanity light to the switch box then 3-conductor cable to the nearest vanity light from the switch box and 2-conductor cable to the far right vanity light. From switch to vent/light a 3-conductor cable.

2-cond=black,white, ground
3-cond=black,red, white, ground
4-cond= black, red, blue, white, ground
