adding recessed lights to ceiling fan switch

I have a ceiling fan that uses a remote to individually turn the fan and lights on and off. Can i add 2 recessed lights to the same circuit/wall switch?

If your fan uses a remote control you can not add additional, external lights. All the switching is going on inside the fan so there are no wires or output to control additional lights.

Probably. Tell us all the wires at the switch.

it has a hot wire that jumps from the switch next to it that goes to a porch light, then it has a black/white/ground that runs from the switch to the ceiling fan.

Is there an unfinished attic above the room? If so you can run the new lights to the fan box and connect to the black and white from the switch.

Better in my opinion is to replace the single switch for the fan with a duplex switch and run the cable for the new light to the switch box, That way fan and new lights will be on separate switches,

I didn't ask but the switch for the fan is a regular switch, correct. If so then you are good to go.
