2 wire ballast to 5 wire-- HELP!

I have an old 14" fluorescent light that recently started to hum loudly. I found the replacement ballast, when I opened up the light I was shocked to see only 2 wires coming from the old ballast, both black! Does anyone know how I can hook up the new one?

Link to the new one:

Your fixture uses a socket with the starter. That would need to be replaced with a regular socket.

Here is the diagram of the new ballast. PJ- is socket replacement pretty straight forward? Do you have a link of what I'm looking for?

You may be better off using this ballast and returning the other ones , it may even be available in the big box stores. https://www.lightbulbs.com/product/r...ljgaAmYR8P8HAQ

Check the big box stores before you order online.
