Old Junction Box

Just took down a light fixture. The junction box has three neutral wires, three green (ground?) wires and one blue (hot?) wire coming into it. The green wires are wrapped together and weren't attached to the old fixture. Also, the white wires and blue wires have copper wires attached to their ends I assume to extend them. Any help on the best way to replace the fixture is much appreciated.

Is this conduit not cable? Please post pictures of the box clearly showing the individual wires. http://www.doityourself.com/forum/li...rt-images.html
