How to fix/troubleshoot fluorescent light lighting fixture?
I have a four tubes fluorescent lighting fixture and it's not working. When I turned it on, the four fluorescent light tubes would just slightly flicker. I've replaced with brand new tubes. So, what else do I do next? Any help is appreciated.

Replace the ballast
If this is some type of house fixture, LED tubes are available and you simply remove the ballast and run straight 120V.
I changed over my work bench light 2 years ago and every time a bulb burns out I replace the bulbs or replace the fixture, you will be amazed at the light these things put out!

Too be honest I can not see any reason why you would go with a ballast type LED bulb but they are out there!

And yet oddly BigBox home centers seem to carry mostly the ballast only type last I looked . Guess they think their customers can't figure out the simple conversion.

Thank you so much for your responses. I replaced for the electronic ballast and it works now. I guess if it dies again the next time, I'll replaced with LED.
