Hard time to remove cover from fluorescent light
Hi there i'm having a really hard time trying to figure out how to remove the cover from my fluorescent light fixture its seems almost impossible to remove it without breaking it, Are the ends suppose to come out or lose up some how i can't find a clip to release it anywhere
I'll post some pics of the fixture

You are correct. It is hard to remove them without breaking them. I used to have that type in my office.
You've got to get in a good state of mind, play some soft music then push the end plates outward. You can push the plastic cover to slightly bend the cap at the other end and use your other hand to pull the end cap out just enough. If your happy thoughts were pure you might be rewarded by getting it out and nothing breaks. Don't feel bad if the plastic breaks. They are one of the cheapest light fixtures I've ever had to touch. I ended up replacing them because they were so difficult to open and broke so readily and replacement covers were not available.

I have these in my basement. One of the end caps is spring loaded and allows you to swing it out enough to remove the diffuser.
