Installing a new light fixture

I am replacing a ceiling light fixture and have three sets of wires coming in. Two sets on the side have a white, black, pink, and bare wire each while the center has only black, white, and bare. All the wires were mistakenly taken out of their wingnuts. Which wires get capped together and which connect to the new light fixture?

Welcome to the forums.

I'm guessing you didn't take a picture either.

You have white, black, red and ground.
It sounds like that fixture is controlled by 2) three way switches. Is that correct ?

If that is correct.... you will need to check the wiring on the switches to see what was used as the common wire on the dark terminal. Just look at the wiring... DON'T disconnect the switches.

Probably faded red not pink. Do you have a pair of 3-way switches controlling the light?
