Ceiling light locking catch

I have a flush-mount, ceiling light that is attached by 4 (what the installation guide terms) "locking catches". One has broken and I think the other 3 are not far behind. Does anyone have a recommendation of a source for replacements. I've searched online but have had little success. I've included images. Also, if there is another term for these items that might make a search more productive.

If you have the installation guide, you have the name of the company. Call them.

On the light itself, it's described as a....

Cooper Lighting
Peachtree City, GA - Made in China
Model #5250327
14" 2-lamp 22/32W Mission Square.

Cooper Lighting has apparently been purchased by Eaton and they no longer support their lighting section.

I'm not sure that this part is particular to Cooper Lighting. I found the installation guide that identified the part on Lowe's website (https://www.lowes.com/pd/allen-roth-...5-5-in/3659668) but I can't find any replacement parts listed for them. I wanted to have a little more info on the part before I talked to them.
