need help with vanity lighting

I bought a new Chatham vanity lighting for my bathroom. There are instructions to "attach the ground wire on mountain bracket assembly to outlet box ground screw". The next instruction is to attach the ground wires together, etc. I have a picture showing the instruction manual, along with pictures of my current outlet box, the bracket (which will attach my light fixture), and the actual light fixture. I am having trouble with the instructions regarding the ground wires.

Can someone guide me where all the ground wires attach to? I have attached pictures showing exactly all the wires I have so far.

Welcome to the forums.

Connect all the grounds together. That would be what looks like # 3, along with the bracket ground and also along with the fixture ground.

Thanks for the help!
So, I would just need to connect the end of #3, the bracket ground, and the fixture ground together and that would be sufficient?
Also, the end of #3 wire is covered... Do i need to strip the covering to expose the wire before connecting them?
I have a picture below to show it:
