Adding wall switch and another ceiling light (switch loop controlling 2 fixtures

Hello,

I need a little guidance. In a storage room in my basement, there is now a single pull-chain light fixture. I need to add another light fixture and control them both from a single wall switch. The current light fixture has two 12-2 lines exiting it and providing always-on power to somewhere else.

I've looked at this wiring diagram and it's helpful: Converting Pull String to Wall Basic Switch Wiring Done Right

But I'm not sure I know how to add the new light without electrocuting myself. Can someone explain (perhaps reference the diagram above) or point me in the right place?

Thanks!

OK, that's what I was thinking would do it... but the diagram is a great help. Thank you.
