new light where outlet was

I want to put 2 new light fixtures on wall of room I am redoing.... there was a TV in one of the locations (so currently there is an outlet there) about 5 feet up- that is controlled by the light switch. Do I need to change the square outlet box over to an actual circular light box- or can I user existing square one? the power is already there and controlled by the switch

You can use an existing box for a light fixture. Make sure of two things....
1) the canopy of the light will actually cover the box
2) the fixture comes with a universal fixture bar. (examples below)
