Changing 2 lamp fluorescent ballast

My old ballast has 4 blue wires coming out of it, and all the replacements I can find only have 2 blue wires.

I just want to know if i can just combine two of the wires in my lighting fixture with one of the wires from the new ballast.

The grey one with the 4 blue wires is the old one, the black one is what I am hoping to replace it with.

You need to make the wiring match the diagram on the new ballast.

Throw away the ballast and get LED bulbs that are direct wired, for the price of the ballast you will have modern LED lighting!
