California Title 24-compliant recessed lights

I'm trying to make sense of the new Title 24 regulations about recessed lights in California. You can't install new recessed lights with screw-in sockets. As the LED technology is not fully evolved, I'd like to stay flexible and future-proof with the recessed housings I put in my ceiling. What options do I have here?

The H750ICAT is one choice. You must purchase the LED module separately.

I don't know about future proof, I would say that Halo more than likely is setting the standards and it will be usable always.

Another choice is triple tube CFL, like Juno. Most people don't like these, the non-dimmable version is very bright and harsh. They are good for areas where you want a lot of light.
Juno makes LED also and is a quality product.
