Ceiling Fan identification

Need some help identifying a ceiling fan. The ceiling fan was hard wired and a remote was used to control it. The remote was thrown away and the fan has been on for quit some time and can’t be turned off except from the breaker. I’d like to order a new remote to control the fan but have no idea of the manufacturer. Attached are pics of the fan (running) please ignore the Christmas tree!) and the remote control wall mount. Any help would be most appreciated!!

Those pictures are not of much help. There are literally hundreds if not thousands of different ceiling fans. The motor housing, the blades and especially the blade mounting brackets are what are used for ID.

OK so where on the planet are you?
No location in your profile.
Not sure those pictures will be much help,
One shows a tree jambed up in the fan, the other one just shows a plastic bracket.
