Wire a light to outlet and garage door opener?

I have a garage light plugged in to a box turned on by a switch. I have a garage door opener with a bulb fixture that comes on when the door is opened and shuts off after a 3 min delay. It would be great to have them both wired into the same overhead led garage light.
Now I need to figure out how to do this?

I assume you want the opener to turn on the LED light when the door is opened but not have the LED light turn on the opener light. Is that correct ?

What is the model of the garage door opener ?

I don't want to use the garage door opener light at all... I want to wire both the door opener and switched outlet to turn on the new led light. I don't think it can be done without an electronic circuit.

it's a Stanley 1/3 hp... here's a vid of the same model

You could replace the light of the opener with a relay. This relay could be used to activate your LED light. It would be easy if the power was at that receptacle and there was just a switch line down to the switch. If power comes in to the switch first and then to the light.... that will require more wiring.

Let me know where the power from the light is or comes from.
