12V Recessed Fixtures

Some years ago I installed low voltage recessed lights in a ceiling area of my living room. Some of them have failed and need to be replaced. They are LiteSpeed Model EZF-1 12v fixtures that attach by piercing the Romex. There is a transformer and a remote dimmer. I can't find them online. I think they are discontinued. I would prefer to keep the 12V setup but I can't find anything. There is a 4-inch hole in the ceiling for each one so if I went with 4-inch 120V remodel cans I would have to enlarge the openings and then the trim bezel diameter would be too big. 3-inch remodel cans are too small for the openings. Does anyone know where I can obtain new 12V fixtures similar to above? Thanks

I would recommend replacing the fixtures with standard 4" remodel cans. That way you will have more standard options for lamps and trims.

Another option would be to use LED disk type lights similar to these: https://www.amazon.com/LED-Recessed-...k%2Blight&th=1 here is another option: Residential Downlighting | Categories | GREEN CREATIVE

Either way you will need to replace the romex cable as it has been damaged by the piercing.
