Installing Smart Bulbs and Smart Switches

I have a building that is “staged” for sale with some furniture, lighting, Wi-Fi. I would like to be able to control some of the lights from away. My Smart Phone has Android 4.4.2. I have read about Smart Bulbs, several of which can apparently be controlled by a single Phillips Hue Bridge (and other devices?), and about Smart Switches, which apparently do not need a hub. The Smart Switches seem a less expensive way to go, if multiple switches can be controlled. The current switches of a couple of the lights I would like to control are in 2 and 3 gang setups. I will appreciate any ideas or suggestions that members here might have. Thank you.

I don't know how to edit my earlier post in order to add the following: Doing further reading on the internet, I see that there are Smart Plugs as well, that can be plugged into an existing socket (that is, they do not need to be hard-wired into the house). Also, many of the products specify that they are compatible with Siri, Alexa, etc. Am I right in thinking that if I do not care about voice commanding my lights (saying out loud Turn on bedroom, Turn off living room, I do not need those devices? Thank you again.
