Removing 4-way switch

I have 3 lights on a 4-way switch (3 different switches). When i flip one of the switches, all 3 lights come on.

I want to replace one light with a ceiling fan (w/light kit) and make it operate from its own switch. I would like to remove the 4-way wiring completely so that each of the other lights is also controlled by its own switch.

All 3 lights are on the same level (basement), but in different areas. It seems like a waste of energy to have all 3 lights come on when I flip the switch because I need light only in a certain area. And I certainly do not want them turned on when i am using the ceiling fan during during the day (it is a walk out basement with lots of windows on the south side.... the sun provides plenty of light throughout the day.

How do I go about this project?

 

Question this is a basement is the wiring exposed. If not you will have a big job.

 

Providing hot and neutral to each switch box would be simple. Your challenge is going to be getting a cable from the fan and one of the lights down to the other two switch boxes. If the basement is unfinished, pretty simple. If finished, then you'll be cutting and patching drywall. Could get messy based on the configuration of your basement. Still doable though.
