help installing new 3 way switch
I have a 3 way switch setup where the switch controls a ceiling fan/light combo. I'm trying to replace with a new 3 way smart witch I purchased. Attached below in switch 1 is the old switch setup. It has 3 wires and the ground going to it. The new smart switch has connections for 3 wires and a ground. I'm guessing there are two connections one for the fan power and one for the light. See attached pics how is the best way to wire the new switch?

You blotted out the model number ?? That is needed.
Smart switches are not direct "drop-in" replacements. Connections at both ends usually need to be changed. Do you have a neutral at that location ?

Hey Pete Sorry about that the model is TPLink HS210 https://www.tp-link.com/us/products/...HS210-KIT.html
I have the switches for both ends of the 3 way and both do have a neutral. Thanks for the fast response.

On the switch you have four wires. I marked them. One red and one black are connected to the same terminal.....common. One via the screw and one via the push-in. That red and black must be kept together.
