Under cabinet 2 bulb T5 fixture not working?
I have 5 under cabinet, 2 bulb, T5, light fixtures daisy chained together in the kitchen. All controlled by one wall switch. The bulbs in one of them, the 2nd one in the chain, was not working. The bulbs look burned out so I replaced them. They are still not working.
I have verified that I have 120v to the light fixture so that rules that out.
I disconnected the light fixture from the supply wires coming out of the wall to test the ballast. I ohmed the ballast, white wire to all the other colors and all are open. I DID NOT actually disconnect the blue and red wires from the actutal sockets that 12" T5 bulbs go in. I did remove the bulbs and checked from the white to the metal clip in the socket. From my test it looks like the ballast is good.
I reconnected the wires and put the bulbs back in but they still don't come on.
Any suggestions. I really would like to find the actual problem instead of just buying a new fixture. Thanks for any help.

If you have power to the ballast and you tried replacing the tubes.... the ballast is bad. Most of the newer style ballasts can't be checked with an ohmmeter.
