How do I wire this light fixture?

It's a yard blaster on my porch.

The fixture itself has 2 whites and 1 red.
The socket has 1 white and 1 black
The switch has two blacks ..?

The lamp is a direct wire LED so would I splice the two whites at the fixture to the white at the socket and the red to the black?

From the switch you are sending up an NM cable with black, white and ground in it. It looks like the NM cable is outside and connects under the fixture.

Almost impossible to tell what's happening with the picture.
Is that the old fixture with the guts removed ?
How does the new fixture attach to that ?

You will probably have to open the wiring cover where the red and white wires go in to access the splices

Type NM-b cable is not supposed to be outside in sunlight and wet conditions.
