Bathroom fixture bulbs -–> LEDs
Hello:
We have LEDs in the entire house ... except in the bathrooms. There, we have fixtures attached to medicine cabinets, and we have 40 W and 60 W bulbs with candelabra (G 16-1/2) bases. They are all frosted. Now, looking for frosted LEDs that are equivalent to 40 and 60 W, and with the candelabra bases, has yielded nothing. There are some bulbs with a flat front, but they are not frosted. Looks like they could blind you.
Would anyone have any experience here, or a solution? Would be most grateful for any tip or thought.

I would also consider one of the many Edison style LED bulbs. Their longer lit element spreads the light out more so they don't seem as glaringly bright as traditional LED bulbs.

There are many choices of LED globe bulbs that will replace your incandescent ones. Just be aware that LED's come in different colors or warmth. Incandescents give off a nice white yellowish glow that we're all familiar with. LED's can look somewhat harsh especially for the ladies in makeup application.

Perhaps there are more. If you see any, please let me know.
Thanks to all!

No, you won't find a frosted Edison style bulb as that defeats the purpose of having the Edison style element visible.
