LED lights on dimmer blink occassionally.

I have 3 LEDs on a dimmer that are blinking occasionally, When they blink, all 3 blink as if there was a voltage change. Note that they seem to dim ok and are not fluttering or have different intensities when dimmed low.

The LEDs are Feit Retrofit (Model # CELEDR6/927/2/2) installed in recessed ceiling cans. The dimmer is a Feit LED Dimmer (Feit Model # 72201/4). Both products were bought at Costco. They are on a circuit by themselves along with one outlet that does not have anything plugged in.

Here are some things I have tried while troubleshooting…
- Replaced the Feit dimmer with a Decora Universal Dimmer, 300-Watt LED and CFL/600-Watt Incandescent. Same issue.
- Replaced the Feit RetroFit LEDs with a standard Feit LED bulb. Same issue.
- On another circuit, the same model of Feit Retrofit lights are installed in 4 recessed cans but not on a dimmer. They did not blink. However after replacing the switch with the Feit dimmer, they too blinked. In fact they blinked at the exact same time as the 3 LEDs on the other circuit.
- At first we did not think it was associated with something else in the house turning on such as A/C, refrigerator, etc., however we discovered that turning the lights on in a bath room (which is on yet another circuit) tends to always trigger the blink on both sets of LEDs. This blink seems to always occur when first turned on, however if switched on and off, it does not always trigger the blink. The blink also occurs when the bath lights are not turned on, so it is not the sole cause of blink.

Not sure what else to try. Was thinking about buying another brand of LEDs to see if they blink.

Any other suggestions?

Have I stumped everyone?
Just FYI: Tried placing one of the blinking circuits on the other side of the panel bus. Issue still occurs.
No not know what else to do except forget about dimmer and use standard switch.
I had emailed Feit Customer Support. Their only response was to call them.

First of all, I am not an electrician. I am a homeowner. However, I have put I lots of dimmers & built in lamp timers as well as almost changed all my light fixtures with built in led’s. This being said, what I have experience is not all dimmers are compatible with all led’s, whether led bulbs or built in fixtures with leds. I would try a different type of dimmer.

Hope this helps some!
