Re-connection of a 240volt safety electrical pole lamp.

This is a 240v westinghouse pole lamp. It have a transformer inside. Only two black cables . I don't see any third cable for neutral mother ground. How it is suppose to be connected to the utility electrical pole.. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome to the forums.

The utilities don't ground their lights as it's not needed since no one can touch them.
You can add a ground wire to one of the mounting bolts if you want.

You will only have two wires for a 240vac connection. No neutral required.
I'm assuming this is a private pole and not one owned by the utilities.
