Here is the LED I want to buy. Is there ANY device that can turn it on slowly?

The short answer is no.

The longer answer is that there might be a timer that would work that way somewhere, but it would be an uncommon and rare item, and you would need to search for it.

The simple answer is NO. I don't think there is something you can buy off Amazon and just have it function like you want without a lot of work.

Almost anything can be done. The question is how about your skill. That light is adjustable so controlling it's output is very doable. You'll need to design a control system to mimic the controllers input. The first step is to do some reverse engineering to find out how it works. Then some electronics and an Arduino controller should work. But... it has to be designed and built.

I don't have the expertise to design a control system like that but nonetheless, I appreciate the replies.

There are a few programmable LED light supplies, Wond-R-Wand and others. You'll have to track them down and see if their programmable LED light supplies are programmable in the way that you want.

It would likely be much easier to buy a sunrise alarm clock.

Some Xmas tree lights do what you want. Might be hard to find this time of year.
